Kajukenbo Class - Students learn how to block, strike, kick and apply it to forms, self defense sets, and Kickboxing. Students gain self-discipline, respect, and self-confidence through the training classes. All LMA students are considered "Black Belts in Training" and having the Black Belt Attitude are character traits that are stressed to the students. We want to allow each student to grow and develop at their own pace. By learning valuable techniques we hope each student gains the courage to attempt new and difficult tasks not just associated with Martial Arts but in other areas of life as well. Most importantly we want to teach our students that setting and reaching goals through hard work and dedication can be FUN!
Muay Thai - This Class is specifically designed to show you the fundamentals of American and Muay Thai Kickboxing. You will get a taste of the training professional Fighters would do while getting the workout of your life! The class consists of various skill, technique, and conditioning drills. Fighters will be given the opportunity to participate in-house or at other fight events.
Circuit Training - This class consists of interval training in which strength exercises are combined with endurance/aerobic exercises, combining the benefits of both a cardiovascular and strength training workout. Excellent workout to tone your body and lose weight!
CrossFit - Antioch CrossFit (www.antiochcrossfit.com)classes are designed for universal scalability and apply equally to all committed individuals regardless of their age or fitness level. By varying the load and intensity of a workout, we start you at a level appropriate to your fitness and experience. All exercises are based on functional movements and all exercises are all scalable to your ability.
